A little bit about me
I'm a professional inspector with over 30 years commercial and residential experience in the DFW metroplex as well as a general contractor for all aspects of residential construction including excavation, concrete, pier and beam, framing, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, sprinkler, drainage systems and handyman services. I've also been a Project Manager and Construction Superintendent for extensive remodels and all aspects of building new commercial buildings to multi-story office buildings.
What you can expect
As an inspector, my job is to inspect the property and prepare the
report according to the TREC standards. My objective is also to provide
my client with a realistic picture of the overall condition of the
home and educate my client on what to anticipate and budget for
general homeownership maintenance and future home improvement
projects.

Computer generated reports with digital photos, prepared on site or
delivered same day. Buyer is welcome and encouraged to attend
inspections.
